Onstage, she has performed and served as technical and artistic director for numerous stage plays and musicals. However, her true love is directing and working with others to make educational memories. Rachel enjoys connecting with others through music and theatre and helping children find their creative passions. When she's not at the Ohio Theatre, Rachel works at Loudonville High School as the Director of Choirs and assists with the drama club. She is also the Director of Theatrical Activities at Hillsdale High School. Rachel graduated from Ashland University with her Bachelor of Music in Music Education in 2018. Arts Alive Instructor
Cameron MacQueen is a Loudonville High School graduate, a teacher’s aide for the Loudonville-Perrysville School District and he is an aspiring puppeteer. He started doing puppetry at the age of three because of his love for the Muppets. He was inspired by the creator of the Muppets and his hero, Jim Henson. By watching the Muppets, it showed him that you can be silly, creative, loving and a bit crazy! Cameron began creating his own line of hand sewn puppets three years ago and most recently made a custom puppet for Mohican Community Theatre. He is very excited to be the instructor for Puppet Camp and can’t wait for the fun and creativity it will bring. Cameron would like to thank his family for always being there and for having his back no matter what.
